LIVER
Beef liver, salt, onions, vegetable oil for frying.
Take calf's liver (beef), cut thick slices of 1,5-2 cm, discourage hammers, salt, pepper, flour and fry run on sunflower oil. To cut onion, to salt, to fry , and had mixed with fried liver.
